USERNAME, PASSWORD + BILLPAY
- Your username and password will remain the same for both online and mobile banking.
- Your current bill payees and scheduled bill payments will not be affected.
MOBILE USERS
Apple users will be automatically upgraded to the new app. Android users will need to delete their old app, then visit the App Store on Google play to download the new WCB app.
QUICKEN + QUICKBOOKS USERS
Quicken and QuickBooks users will need to complete an account deactivation and reactivation process. This update is time sensitive and should be completed after April 16th, 2015, however, if you use Quicken or QuickBooks to pay bills, you must cancel any payment scheduled to be paid after 4/16/15 (the day of the bank's online banking upgrade) before 4/16/15 to avoid duplicate payments.
