If you are enrolled in online banking, you can deactivate your card by logging into your account and accessing our self service debit card center.
Otherwise, if you wish to report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card during business hours, give us a call at 781-245-3890.
To report a lost or stolen card after normal business hours, please call 833-719-0361.
To reset your PIN number or active your debit card, please call 800-992-3808
Please call our Debit Card Call Center at 833-719-0361 for the following:
- Digital wallet: activate your debit card in Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Report your debit card lost or stolen
- Request a replacement for your damaged card
- Travel exemptions
- If your debit card has been declined or blocked
- If your debit card has been locked due to too many PIN failures
