Wakefield Co-operative Bank presented a check in the amount of $276 to the Friends of Lake Quannapowitt (FOLQ). Monies raised were collected from the Bank's monthly Jeans Day employee fundraiser.
The mission of FOLQ is to promote public awareness and provide long-term protection and enhancement of Lake Quannapowitt and its surrounding public lands. Visit https://folq.org/ for more information.
To date, the Bank's Jeans Day has raised over $27,000 for local, nonprofits since the program's inception!
