Mohammed Bezzat, Vice President

Mohammed BezzatJeffrey A. Worth, President & CEO of Wakefield Co-operative Bank, is pleased to announce the hiring of Mohammed Bezzat as Vice President of Retail Branch Administration & Business Development Officer.

Mr. Bezzat is a banking veteran, having spent the last fourteen years at Salem Five Bank where he led Retail teams in deposit market share and small business growth as an ambassador for first-class customer service and excellence. Prior to Salem Five, he worked for four years at Citizens Bank branches in Woburn where he was responsible for sales leadership and daily operations.

In his new role with Wakefield Co-operative Bank, Mr. Bezzat will lead the bank’s retail teams and small business development initiatives in product & service development and customer experience & acquisition programs.

Mr. Bezzat lives in Woburn with his wife of 21 years and two beautiful daughters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management and is an honors graduate of the New England College of Finance at Babson College. He is a member of the North Suburban Chamber of Commerce and is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
