Wakefield Co-operative Bank was proud to be a part of the YMCA of Metro North’s 36th Annual Fore the Kids Charity Golf Tournament at Kernwood Country Club as a $2,500 CAMP Sponsor on June 14th. The bank’s CAMP Sponsorship will send five kids to camp this summer among the Melrose, Peabody, Saugus, Lynn and Stoneham YMCAs.
The tournament raised $54,000 to benefit the YMCA’s day camps, early learning and child care programs. Over 1,000 kids each day look to the YMCA for productive and fun programming to keep them safe and engaged while their parents are working.
