Wakefield Co-operative Bank is pleased to announce that Rosa Bertolone has joined its retail management team as AVP, Branch Manager. Ms. Bertolone brings with her two decades of branch management expertise.
Most recently, Rosa worked for the former Northmark Bank as their Assistant Branch Manager where she oversaw all aspects of branch management. Ms. Bertolone has also worked for several large banks in similar positions.
Ms. Bertolone commenting about her decision to join Wakefield Co-operative Bank said “After the acquisition of my former bank, it was important for me to find a bank that is active in the communities it serves and genuinely cares about its customers and businesses. For me, that was Wakefield Co-operative Bank. I look forward to providing best-in-class customer service as well as representing the Bank at community events.”
Ms. Bertolone resides in the Merrimack Valley. She has two adult children and three grandchildren.
